Design and Artwork

We offer carton design from the physical shape of the carton to the graphic artwork for the printing of the carton.

Printing

Printed cartons on boards ranging in thickness up to 700um in up to six colours or five colours plus Aqueous coating.

Lamination

To get the best possible print finish on fluted board the best way is to print onto quality paper then adhere (laminate) the printed sheet to the corrugated board prior to die cutting. This is used on wine carry packs, presentation boxes, point of sale display boards and any cartons where the strength of corrugated is required but a quality print presentation is needed.

Finishing

With high speed, large format die cutters and folder gluers capable of straight line, crashlock and four or six corner gluing. We have the flexibility to do both large and small runs depending on the client needs.
